3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your puma77 account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify puma77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. puma77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your puma77 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
4.1 Deposit Methods. puma77 accepts deposits via Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. puma77 reserves the right to charge a monthly account maintenance fee of RM10 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts, with prior notice to the registered email address.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by puma77 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms accompanying each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. puma77 monitors all promotional activity. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a return irrespective of outcome, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, or coordinating with other members — will result in voiding of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Eligibility. puma77 reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game, sport, and product offered on the puma77 Platform is subject to specific rules applicable to that product, as published within the Platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms.
6.2 Finality of Results. The result displayed by the puma77 Platform upon conclusion of a game, event, or betting market shall be final, unless subsequently amended due to a technical error or supplier correction. puma77 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a pricing error or data feed failure.
6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets are settled according to the individual rules governing each constituent selection. Where one or more selections are voided, the Mix Parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum odds requirements for Mix Parlay eligibility are specified within the sportsbook product rules.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and markets. puma77 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any member account without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the puma77 Platform:
Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. puma77 reserves the right to withhold or void any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
All content on the puma77 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and game content — is the property of puma77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the puma77 Platform without express written permission from puma77. Use of the puma77 Platform does not grant you any licence or right in any intellectual property owned by puma77 or its licensors.
puma77 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with puma77, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that document.

11.3 puma77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. puma77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from service unavailability, including during periods of scheduled maintenance.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits puma77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 puma77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, puma77 reserves the right to void any pending bets and withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, puma77 will return the member's remaining real-money balance via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your puma77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
puma77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, puma77 will provide at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address or a notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect. Minor amendments (including corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law) may take effect immediately.
